MEET YOUR MASTER BLENDER
Wildebeest Tonic is the product of Carlos and Rebecca. Your average married couple with two young boys and a vision to change how you think about your drink.
Carlos, originally from Portugal, has been working in hospitality for over 15 years; working in London, Melbourne and Perth. Throughout this time, he has learned it is possible to run a venue from all ends in a sustainable way; focusing on using seasonal, local ingredients, and working to create minimal waste.
It was in Melbourne, when Carlos was working at Green Park, along side James Madden and Howard Stamp,the decision to craft in-house tonic and other in-house mixers came to fruition. And so, his handcrafted tonic was brought to life.
Move forward a few years. Perth is now home and our focus is simple. Keep it natural. Keep it sustainable. Keep it tasting good. Our passion to share with you is regenerative farmed lemons from Pemberton W.A., biologically farmed pesticide free oranges from Gingin citrus W.A and unprocessed cinchona and gentian root is just the start.
At the end of the day, it is just a humble tonic that tastes bloody good with your favourite gin. But it’s not just a tonic. It’s Wildebeest Tonic. The world is changing. Join the Migration!
